Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

Orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). 

Please allow 1 business day (excluding holidays and weekends) for processing and verification for customer security before item(s)are shipped. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders including return fees for returns/exchanges. Return to sender packages reshipment costs must be paid by the customer.

*Orders placed after 5PM EST on business days will be processed on the next business day. Additionally, orders placed after 5PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend, will start processing on the following business day.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Please Understand that Pre-Orders are custom made orders. Merchandise is Made To Order once the item(s) is purchased.

Pre-Orders can take up to 4 - 6 weeks to receive before shipping. (HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED)

 

TRACKING NUMBERS

Tracking Numbers will be sent to your email on file once your item(s) are packaged.

All orders are shipped through UPS/USPS.

*Please note, once your order is shipped, we are NOT held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries. In any case, if you encounter any delivery errors or issues with USPS , You must notify the carrier and it must be resolved with UPS/USPS. The shipping carrier are responsible for any lost packages or filing any claims.

In any case, if your order is returned to sender (Price Diamond) you must cover the shipping costs to have your order resent to you. *Please verify your address to avoid this error*
